Mitt Romney wants to frack: He says natural gas in places like Pennsylvania and New York is the answer to alternative fuel searches. He mentioned that it is a fraction of the cost of oil, but he doesn’t acknowledge the dangers associated with fracking. This comes right after saying how important it is to cut down air pollution and emissions. He obviously doesn’t realize, then, that hydraulic fracturing can be even more detrimental to the environment than air pollution, because chemicals can leak into water sources and the soil, endangering our drinking water and crops. Romney, read up man.
